In today’s ever changing political landscape, America’s youth have been labeled as apathetic and uninvolved for far too long.
Whether Democrat or Republican, Independent or Undecided, the youth of America have a vision for the future of our country and there is far too much at stake for America to simply not listen. The New Voter Foundation seeks to engage young voters of all viewpoints, while offering academic insight into the heart of America’s youngest constituents. As a modern grassroots movement, New Voter endeavors to employ academic research, systematic polling and innovative technology, to make politics relevant to and a priority of young Americans.
This non-partisan institute seeks to promote a change in the way young voters are perceived and, in doing so, to promote effective legislation that addresses the needs of America’s youth. As an organization founded by empowered and enlightened young adults, we seek to offer insight into a constituency that most have deemed rather irrelevant. In a country where our beliefs are founded on the idea of “One Person, One Vote”, the 25 million young adults living in the United States today have a potential voice much louder than anyone can imagine. |
